At EduKnock, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for both parents and educators.
1. Service Nature
EduKnock acts as a platform to connect parents and teachers. We do not employ teachers or directly provide tuition services.
2. Payments & Fees
Any payment made to EduKnock is considered a service/connection fee for facilitating a match between parent and educator.
3. Refund Policy
- Once a teacher is successfully connected with a parent and contact details are shared, no refund will be applicable.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction after trial/demo class
- Non-continuation of tuition after initial sessions
Please clarify all your doubts before you do a payment for any of our plans.
4. Exceptions (if you want flexibility)
Refunds may be considered only if:
- No suitable teacher is provided within a reasonable time
- There is a duplicate payment
(All refund requests are subject to review.)
5. Cancellation
- Parents or teachers may choose to discontinue at any time.
- However, EduKnock fees are non-refundable once service is delivered.
